Dr. HB Sen is the Chief Executive and Secretary of our organization. He has 27 years of experience in research, development programs and organizational management. His qualification is Ph.D. (Applied Social Sc.) M.Phil. (Social.Sc.) , M.Sc. (Anth).

Manoj Kumar, is in charge of setting the agenda and guiding it during meetings that go over and approve the needs and concerns of the organization, as well as the revenue sources and budgetary expenses.

Dr. D K Hota, oversees the general management of all program areas, including program development, delivery, evaluation, and fundraising.

Balram Sen, looks after the finance and other related agendas of the organization.

Anita, oversees the day-to-day activities of the organization and ensures that resources are allocated to enhance our impact and importance.

Dr. Hemant Sahu, have been an active member of the organization. His participation in organizing various activities adds value to the event.

Sanjay Kumar Gupta, a social worker whose thought process and passion for social transformation leads to new ideas and initiatives taken up by our organization.
